We are working with a Client who is seeking a HR Coordinator for their busy and successful business in North West London.

This role comes with a salary of £22000 – £24000, and represents an excellent opportunity for success within a well established family business.Have a passion for career development and a drive to learn and develop your skills.

• Provide an advisory service to staff as required, and undertake all HR administration


• New joiners and leaver documentation, monitoring holiday and sickness, maintaining and updating HR files and database.


• Interpret and advise on employment legislation and disciplinary policies where necessary.

Ideal Candidate will be articulate, professional and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with complete accuracy. Analytical minded with an attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. It is important to have a passion for career development and a drive to learn and develop your skills.

Previous experience in a HR environment is essential and HR qualification is desired.
