High quality boutique recruitment consultancy is looking for a resourcer/trainee to join their growing team in Shoreditch. The company specialises in placing candidates into fashion and lifestyle brands – covering a wide range of fields from footwear and accessories to apparel and jewellery – Covering every aspect of the industry from Design and Production to Merchandising and Marketing.

The role
The company is in a great position to bring on new starters, they have a wealth of jobs to work on and as a resourcer/trainee you will be shadowing a senior consultant and primarily focusing on finding and delivering high quality candidates to fill these roles before progressing on to dealing with the client side of the business.
The role will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing businesses
- Meeting and interviewing candidates face to face
- Extensive networking to build up a portfolio of industry contacts
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from taking job specs to closing deals

- Strong academic background (candidates graduating with a 2:1 or above are preferred but is not essential)
- Strong interest in the fashion industry (internships or work experience in this area is desirable but not essential)

- Fiercely competitive
