This leading Financial Services Company seeks and experienced Administrator with a strong corporate/financial services background
The successful candidate will primarily be working with the Business Support team and provide ad-hoc support to the two Head of Department secretaries plus a small team
Duties will include:
- Typing
- Photocopying
- Arranging meeting and preparing papers
- Dealing with enquiries and taking telephone messages
- Distribution and logging of post
- Arranging travel, accommodation and couriers
- Scanning, Printing and Binding
- General administration for the team
This role is to start ASAP for a minimum of 3 months so candidates must be immediately available
