LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking either a German or Mandarin speaking Translation Project Coordinator/ Project Manager for their client, a global advertising and production agency that provide a selection of various international transcreation and localisation services to the media sector. The ideal candidate needs to be bilingual in English and German or Mandarin.

This is a funky agency where personality, excitement and a positive vibe goes along way, candidates graduated or with experience (internships) in either: media, creative, marketing, communication, branding, TV, radio, press, copy writing, marketing writing or similar are very welcome to apply

Responsibilities of the German or Mandarin speaking Translation Project Coordinator/ Project Manager:

• Briefing copywriters and marketing writers on international projects around the world


• Dealing with international marketing and strategic clients in order to understand their marketing and advertising needs


• Checking the layout and proofreading in various foreign languages before being delivered to the client


• Scheduling copywriters workload, assignment of jobs, budgets and delivery to deadlines


• Coordinating projects on a day-to-day basis in order to deliver timely work to international clients

Requirements of German or Mandarin speaking Translation Project Coordinator/ Project Manager:

• Fluency in English and either German or Mandarin


• Strong written and verbal skills


• Ideally Previous Project Management experience, however this is not essential for the right candidate


• Knowledge and/ or understanding of Translation


• Rigorous attention to detail


• Excellent organisational skills


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word a must – InDesign a plus)


• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
