Learning & Development Manager



An international law firm based in London are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Manager on either a full time or part-time basis.


The Learning & Development Manager will report directly to the Head of Learning and Development. This is a business-focused role contributing to the design, delivery and evaluation of the Learning and Development programs across EMEA and US. There will be both design and delivery of programs, working with both fee earners and business support.


The successful candidate will have significant experience in business skills training programme design and delivery, Learning Management Systems, and have sound understanding of the legal environment. Being personable and adaptive to various audiences is necessary. Desirable accreditations include having foundation level CIPD qualification or equivalent and/ or coaching qualification.
