Prepare training programmed for staff as per training budget. Adjust roster and notify staff concerned

To prepare charge sheet or any other disciplinary action as instructed by Airport Services Manager
Preparation of monthly catering requisition sanction for Airport Services Manager’s office
Office equipment breakage and maintenance, raise work order for repairs and follow up
Maintain MATOS stock and control issuance of the book to traffic office, enlist by serial order and maintain record usage
Maintain Meal voucher stock and control issuance of the books. Record number of vouchers issues for different meals on daily basis and verify invoice issued before releasing to Finance
Prepare STPC hotel agreement and maintain statistical record of no. of STPC passengers sent to each hotel
Maintain station Imprest, record cash flow, prepare summary for reimbursement with Finance
Maintain and prepare annual station statistical report
Miscellaneous station expenditure invoices to be verified and confirmed prior to releasing for payment to Finance
Incoming mail sent care of crew to be registered and recorded
General correspondence, report writing, email follow up and feedback
Organize meetings, preparing minutes and distribution of copies with follow up on actions
Preparation of duty travel claims and follow up
