Our client is looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join their team.
As an Assistant Lettings Manager your role will involve:
Ensuring that the business strategy is communicated to the lettings team.
Assisting the Manager in motivating the team and training in new business generation.
Achieving your own personal objectives and targets.
Understanding the profit and loss account in assisting the office in a pro-active manner.
Ensuring that all internal audit standards are maintained.
Assisting the Manager with enhancing the company brand and advertising.
Developing strong relationships with your colleagues and customers.
Identifying opportunities to work with and referring business to other departments/divisions.
Key Requirements:
3 years experience in Residential Lettings.
Proven track record in winning instructions and hitting targets.
Team player who is able to lead and motivate others around you.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive `can do` attitude and good IT skills.
An excellent incentive package is offer along with career progression into senior management.
