Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: £25000 – £30000 + excellent benefits.
Location: London, Central.

Office Manager/Administrator Reporting to: CEO
Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to the Directors and ensure that the gathering of information required supporting the running of the business is co-ordinated in a timely and organised fashion.
Key Contacts: Internal: CEO,CFO, Global Franchise Director, Operations Director, Properties Director, General Office Team and Hotel Teams. External: IT and Telephony Support, Insurers, General Suppliers
Qualifications: Strong IT skills, especially Word, Excel and Power Point Special Skills: Organised, methodical, ability to multi task and to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and orally. Able to take minutes and is a confident outgoing personality who feels comfortable dealing with people at all levels
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience of working in a busy office environment using modern IT packages and carrying out a variety of roles with specific responsibilities and deadlines Main Duties and Responsibilities PA Duties ( expected to be 40% of the time )
