Salary:

£22K – £25K basic, plus UNCAPPED OTE;

1st year expected OTE = £35K;

The Recruitment Role:

You will be joining as a Recruitment Consultant. Your responsibilities will include:

• New business lead sourcing


• Cold calling & sourcing of new clients


• Increasing revenues from existing client base


• Head hunt experienced candidates through networking


• Building relationships with candidates


• Prepping candidates on client companies and giving them support and feedback throughout the interview process


• Attending client dinners and drinks

Requirements:

Although Business-to-Business, over-the-phone sales, or Recruitment experience would be beneficial, it is not necessary as one-on-one training is offered. Only apply to this job if you are:

• A recent UK University graduate (2013, 2014 or 2015 Graduate) who attained a 2:2 or higher
