Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant – £25,000 + commission – Canary Wharf:

Kingsley Knight Recruitment is a forward-thinking, bespoke recruitment consultancy specialising in Accountancy & Finance, Legal and Business Support. Located at the heart of Canary Wharf in One Canada Square, our consultancy has a focus to provide a tailor-made solution to both clients and candidates, turning a job into a career and an employee into an asset.

We are looking for a dynamic consultant who is willing to develop and grow with their exciting recruitment firm. We are offering a £25k base with commission.

We are looking to train and develop the consultant into a leadership role between 6-12 months to be able to oversee their own team of consultants.

This role will be a full ‘360’ position where your business development skills will be utilised in a fulfilling and rewarding consultancy. The role will involve a mix of business development and candidate resourcing.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in temp / perm recruitment


• Strong billing history


• Fantastic communication skills


• Professional persona and a drive to succeed
