Senior Sales Negotiator

Senior Sales Negotiator – £20,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience) plus commission

Are you an experienced estate agent looking for a new challenge? An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, presentable and well-spoken Senior Sales Negotiator for our clients, a fast expanding agency in Canary Wharf.

As the ideal candidate you will need to have a proven background in property sales or estate agency in the London market. You must be professional, hardworking and have the ability to work with initiative.

As your key responsibilities, you will be required to develop the sales office, arrange viewings on properties conduct viewings/valuations and canvass for new business

Duties will include:

• Arrange and attend viewings.


• Achieve pre-agreed targets.


• Liaise and negotiate offers between clients and applicants.


• Arrange and agree sales


• Close deals.


• Promote brand awareness


• Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewing and sales.


• Seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience within residential sales in the London real estate market


• Strong track record of exceeding targets


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team


• Full, clean UK driving license
