Trainee Lettings Negotiators- £15,000 – £16,000 plus commission – Canary Wharf

Are you an experienced sales person looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for enthusiastic, presentable and well-spoken Trainee Lettings Negotiators for our clients, a fast expanding estate agency based in Canary Wharf.

As the ideal candidate you will need to have a proven background in sales. You must be professional, hardworking and have the ability to work with initiative.

As your key responsibilities, you will be required to develop the lettings office, arrange viewings on properties conduct viewings/valuations and canvass for new business

Duties will include:

• Arrange and attend viewings.


• Matching properties to applicants needs


• Negotiating and closing deals


• Registering applicants


• Listing Properties


• Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants


• Promote brand awareness


• Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewing and sales.


• Seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven sales experience, either face-to-face or on the phone.


• Strong track record of exceeding targets


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team


• Full, clean UK driving license is desirable
