Recruitment Resourcer – Trades & Labour Division

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright and confident Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Trades & Labour division based at our Resource Centre in London, Euston.

The Role

As Recruitment Resourcer you will provide support to the Trades & Labour Construction and Logistics teams.

Your daily duties will include…

• Keeping an existing candidate database up to date, gauging candidates’ requirements and informing contracts managers of their availability, recording information accurately at all times.


• Liaising with candidates, conducting telephone and face to face interviews, ensuring that relevant ID has been supplied.


• Advertising and dealing with advert response.


• Booking appointments for registrations and inductions


• Matching temporary workers’ requirements to temporary positions, checking feasibility of public transport links, and giving out clear and accurate directions over the phone.


• Checking in all new starters and refilling temporary assignments or chasing up workers who have not arrived at work.


• Dealing with any queries in a professional manner.


• Conducting basic inductions, ensuring all registered candidates are fully aware of or relevant operating procedures


• Performing general administrative duties, completing reports, requesting and monitoring documentation and various forms


• Monitoring and maintaining CSCS records, PORTW and all other necessary documentation

Skills & Experience

Previous recruitment administration and customer service experience is essential.

Excellent computer skills are essential and a good geographical knowledge of London and the Home Counties.
