The Role:

As a Resourcer/Researcher you will be supporting the Accountancy & Finance team within Public Practice after extensive training from our very own experienced consultants. Your main responsibility will be to conduct desk-based research into target markets in order to generate leads as well as resourcing candidates to ensure each job specification is met with precision for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the team to understand the technicalities involved in each client brief;


• Advertising job specifications on the company website, and across various general and sector specific job boards;


• Conducting research into relevant market sectors;


• Reading CVs and shortlisting prospective candidates;


• Making targeted daily calls to candidates to determine their suitability;


• Building a talent pool of candidates and updating the in-house database regularly;


• Managing and supporting candidates through the interview process;


• Carrying out other ad hoc administration duties.

Requirements:

• Administrative experience gained from an office environment

• Previous experience in recruitment is desirable, but not essential


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• The ability to build rapport with senior colleagues and supervisors, clients, and candidates


• A confident telephone manner


• The ability to work independently and as a team player
