Occupational Therapy – Firefly Research

Grade 7, £31656 – £35609 (with possible progression to £40,082)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Research Fellow with specialist skills in statistical analysis to make an important and tangible contribution to applied research in allied health professions.

The post involves collaborating with academic colleagues on areas of shared research interest around statistic analysis. It is expected the postholder will use initiative and creativity to identify areas for development in statistical analysis methods and extend the research portfolio within the Firefly Research Team (a vibrant multidisciplinary team of health service researchers).

We would be happy to receive applications from candidates with a specialist training in statistics and who may also have qualification in a health professional including occupational therapy, psychology, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, nursing.

The post holder will involve supporting administering the development and the delivery of research grants, publications & teaching.
