Room Leader with NVQ Level 3

I am looking for an experienced Room Leader, preferably qualified up to at least Level 3 NVQ standard. The right Room Leader will be filling a permanent position in a great Nursery in Lewisham. The pay will be based on your experience but will be very competitive regardless.

You must be flexible in your approach to work and also be proactive and be able to lead the room whenever called upon. As a Room Leader you will be expected to have strong knowledge of the EYFS and be able to manage the kids and staff.

The role will be demanding, but also hugely enjoyable and rewarding. A good salary is offered and will reflect your knowledge and experience.
