My client is a leading cost consultancy, project management and health and safety company which have been established for over 100 years. With their ever growing project portfolio due to their very high rate of repeat business, means they are now looking to grow the commercial team in of their South London office. The Role

The ideal candidate would already be a Quantity Surveyor within the Residential Sector and would be required to work as part of a team to help service our current clients, maintain these relationships and help develop our proposition to the market as we look to develop our presence within this sector. They will be expected to demonstrate first class technical, organisational and problem solving skills, as well as being able to offer a high standard of customer care. They will have a proven track record of being able to work independently, but also be a key team player.

Knowledge and Experience

*Experience working in the Private and Residential sector
*Strong Cost Planning experience
*Extensive exposure working with JCT contracts
*Member of the RICS/CIOB is desirable but not essential
*BSc degree in relevant subject
