Senior Sales Training Consultant - Swedish speaking



Overview:


The Senior Sales Development Consultant will be responsible for developing new Sales Development Consultants to deliver core instructor led sales offerings and will be expected to assist in developing new training offerings. He/She will also support new European and UK Support Consultants and Consultants through the delivery of Allegis Group EMEA Sales Development training courses in multiple formats including in person and web. The Consultant will also conduct desk coaching sessions in order to work through key challenges and accelerate Sales and Delivery performance. In addition to performing these responsibilities it is required that the Senior Consultant will organise, prepare, and follow up on training courses as well as organise and manage the documentation for the coaching sessions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate, observe, and provide feedback to Sales Development Consultants on delivery of a training course.

  • Assist in revising content for current sales training sessions that are aligned to business needs.

  • Debrief coaching sessions with office leader and/or RVP to evaluate impact on performance and identify patterns or trends.

  • Support Sales Development Consultants with their planning and organisation.

  • Create user-friendly documentation and job aids.

  • Deliver material and manage the classroom.

  • Advise office personnel in designated regions focusing on new recruiter on-boarding, training, and reinforcement, through various education and accountability measures.

  • Assist the leadership team with development, enhancements, implementation, and reinforcement around all facets of delivery process and systems.

  • Organise and manage documentation from structured training and coaching sessions.

Key skills:


  • Fluent or business proficient Swedish speaking abilities.

  • Previous sales or OR recruitment experience.

  • Previous experience either with training (instructor led and web) and coaching.

  • Understand what is important to a Client and how to differentiate at each stage of the sales lifecycle.

  • Understand what is important to a Candidate and how to differentiate at each stage of the delivery lifecycle.

  • Experience supporting, developing, and providing feedback to the team members.

  • Able to travel 2-3 times a month if necessary to conduct onsite coaching sessions.

  • Demonstrate core values through day to day behaviour.

  • Professional appearance and conduct.

  • Respond to client and delegate issues in a timely manner.

  • Positive influence to those around you.

  • Open to feedback.

  • Work under pressure, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
