Job Description
Our client, a prestigious main dealer group in East London requires a Service Advisor to enhance their established team. The successful candidate will:
· Have relevant motor trade experience
· Be an enthusiastic, dedicated individual who can demonstrate an ability to exceed customers high expectations
· Enjoy working with customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone
· Be able to use the Kerridge system
· Be of smart appearance
· Have a good attention to detail
Motor trade experience is essential.

Requirements
The successful candidates will be professional, an effective communicator, who providesexceptional customer services. Experience with Kerridge, Onelink and RTC would be a distinct advantage but not essential. Motor Trade experience is essential.
