JOB DESCRIPTION: CONFLICT TRANSFORMATION MANAGER
Based in Birmingham, UK. Circa. £35,000 full time.
Purpose
Responsible to the Executive Director, to contribute to the overall direction and development of RTC’s work on conflict transformation including:
- Ensuring a conflict transformation perspective is applied throughout RTC’s work;
- Managing and delivering learning courses, consultancies and longer-term programme work;
- Development, design and delivery of new learning programmes;
- Design and delivery of short and long term partnership consultancies/projects;
- Supporting RTC’s learning and that of its partners including development of learning materials.
