This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Lettings Negotiator for a long established family ran organisation who are leaders within the property field and who offer excellent property career progression.


The Stone Lodge Group has been established for 20 years and cover areas including: property developments, property refurbishments, social housing, facilities management, property lettings & property management, hotels, hostels and B&B operations.


This is a fantastic opportunity that requires a self-driven individual to win new business and grow lettings department. Working daily with an exciting team, you will be focused on building the lettings side of the business.


The Opportunity


This is a new business role and will see you working closely with the Director, being responsible for winning new business from landlords:


  • Dealing with enquiries from potential landlords and converting into new business

  • Generating leads from our sales operation and following up all new business opportunity

  • Pro-actively approaching new leads from press / online advertising to promote and sell our lettings solution

  • Selling our lettings service and upselling to fully managed

  • Organising all details/photos from new listings and ensuring accuracy through to advertising

  • Delivering outstanding service from initial contact and ongoing care to ensure we deliver the best lettings experience to our landlords.

The Individual:


  • Extensive sales and rapport building skills

  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets

  • Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

  • Professional, tenacious, dynamic and enthusiastic

  • Previous experience with a lettings software would be an advantage

  • Full, clean UK driving licence is essential

This is an outstanding role, where the Managing Director and the Management Team play a key role in your development within the organisation.
