Job DescriptionThe Apprentice ensures : – The customer forms library is fully stocked on a daily basis- Generate and collates data from customer service activities, namely the concierge report and reasons for withdrawals- Scans, index and archive customer service transactions- Support the Marketing Officer in replenishing marketing materials in office or for marketing events.Duties and Responsibilities- Provides administrative duties for UK Representative Officeo Receives telephone calls, responds or appropriately routes for actions and maintains a system of message retrieval in the absence of the intended recipiento Types documents, responds to routine correspondence, prepares draft responses as requiredo Correctly index customer documents folderso Scan, index and transfer documents to the correct files – as set out in the work instructionso Update daily the ‘concierge report’.o Update daily the ‘reason for withdrawal report’o Replenish daily the customer service documents libraryo Prepare marketing documents for the Marketing Officer and the Mobile Unit as requiredo Assist the Marketing officer to replenish the leaflet display unito Any other duties as deemed necessary * Confidentiality is exercised in the conduct of duties/responsibilities at all times * All communication must be responded to within 24 hours, (at minimum an interim response is provided) * Reporting and Action Items deadlines are consistently met.

Salary: £680.00 /month
