As a result of continued growth, this global leader is looking for an experienced Client Data Consultant. The candidate will demonstrate the required attributes to develop new business opportunities and act as a trusted data advisor. A track record in Pension Data Consulting comprising a blend of technical and client facing experience is essential. The candidate will be a strong communicator who can demonstrate strong sales behaviours, project management skills and commercial awareness to compliment the required domain expertise in the areas of evaluating data, cleansing data and implementing GMP reconciliations. It will be an advantage to have experience in delivering pensions data management for de-risking projects (such as pension increase exchanges, buy-in, buy-out and longevity transactions). You will work closely with the Data Solutions Management team, key individuals within the Risk Solutions team and the Retirement practice. You will be responsible for raising awareness of Data Solutions services both internally and with clients. You will contribute to the development of client revenue opportunities and new product lines with measurable goals. Once a project is won you will be responsible for on-boarding the project and implementing it to an agreed stage with support from the Data Solutions Operations manager. To be considered for this role, the Client Data Consultant will need to have an advanced knowledge of UK Pension Scheme provisions and legislation & be a clear, concise and confident communicator of complex or technical issues relating to UK pensions and member data. They will also need to have a good working knowledge of data auditing, cleansing and GMP reconciliations preferable and a good understanding of manual benefit calculations and processes.
