COPYWRITER (TECH COPY) - Guru - London WC2N
A Copywriter is needed to join a global digital marketing agency on a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave. Working from their office based near Leicester Square, will have experience producing top- quality, clean copy for the IT industry across a range of media.
Trading since 1988, this global digital marketing agency has offices in London, Seattle, Austin and Singapore and employs over 130 digital marketing professionals. Their mission is to be an essential business partner to client organisations worldwide by providing customer-focused marketing, (services include web design and development, mobile application development, social media programs, analyst and public relations, and email marketing).
Reporting to the Senior Copywriter you will be responsible for turning complex technical content into clear, engaging copy, within brand guidelines. Whether you are writing, editing or proof reading (web copy, news articles, social media, case studies, scripts etc); leading case study interviews or attending client meetings with the Account Managers it will be your acute attention to detail, excellent grasp of grammar and clear communication skills that ensures top-quality copy.
To qualify… You should be an experienced Copywriter with a proven track record of producing copy both online and offline who can demonstrate:
Similar copy writing experience ideally within the IT industry;
Experience of leading case study interviews;
Experienced in proof reading and editing existing copy to a high standard;
A customer focused, creative and imaginative outlook;
An ability to work well under pressure.
