Corporate Mystery Visitor
Our client runs a successful Mystery Visitor business here in the UK. They have a wide range of clients in sectors including Media, Banking, Insurance, Entertainment, Security, Telecomms and Infrastructure.
The main function of the business is to take a brief from a client on how they expect their businesses to perform to their customers/visitors, then to go undercover to test to see if these expectations are being met and finally to report back with the details of their findings. From here the client can see where weaknesses are and work to improve on standards.
How, where, when and why the mystery visits take place are carefully agreed with each client. In the majority of cases this involves either a visit to a corporate premises or contact on the telephone or both.
Our client is looking for individuals with a mature nature, that present themselves immaculately, can blend in, have strong attention to detail, are 100% reliable and of course with the utmost discretion.
You would be joining a team of freelance workers that work from home, manage their own agendas and commit to work on a project by project basis. You may be looking for just a few hours here and there or regular income. We can accommodate either.
