My client is one of the UK’s fastest growing foreign exchange companies and are going from strength to strength and due to this continued success they are currently looking to recruit a number of passionate and enthusiastic customer service advisors to join their team based in central London.This is a truly diverse and exciting role where you will be tasked on providing efficient and excellent customer service to private clients on all interaction with the company from making enquiries about our service all the way through to ensuring their payment arrives on time as instructed.
As a customer service advisors no two days will be the same your duties will include taking inbound and outbound calls, online and administrative tasks, complaint handling as appropriate and all other customer enquiries from all channels.

You must have

• Experience working within a multichannel environment (e.g. telephone, email, face to face)


• Must possess excellent listening skills and be a clear communicator, both written and verbal.


• You will be able to expresses your opinions, information and key points of an argument clearly.


• Computer literate with the ability to talk, think and type at the same time


• Strong numerical skills and analytical skills


• GCSE English and Maths
