The Role

You will focus on delivering the highest calibre talent and research to our clients, based upon decades of experience and established networks. You will invest significant time and resource to ensure possession of accurate, detailed market intelligence Using your networking and researching skills you will source and screen candidates, before managing the interview, offer and placement processes.

You will ensure that the needs of our current clients are met to our exceptional standards, whilst always being on the lookout to attract new business.

This heavily commissioned role will see you earning from day one, with graduate headhunters estimated to take home £43,000 year one and £62,000 year two.

You

You need to be articulate, confident and a natural communicator with a passion for business and personal career progression. You must be comfortable corresponding with high profile individuals. You need to be educated to a degree level from a good university, with good A-levels and a high achiever in extra-curricular activities.
