High base salary with uncapped commission, recent graduates have achieved: £38K+ year one; £68K+ year two; £105K+ year three OTE

The role:

The role is very heavily client facing. Half of your time will be spent holding detailed, consultative meetings and conversations with some of the world’s leading IT experts, moving them into senior/management roles within our client base. You will spend the other half of your time in a heavily research-based environment, headhunting the very particular competencies to fit our client-specific roles.

This attention to detail requires highly motivated, polished and articulate individuals. You will be required to consistently go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of service for both your clients and candidates.

The Candidate

• Degree from a top 50 University


• Highly competitive – Sporting background preferred
