This major games company is looking to recruit a German Community Coordinator to work as part of the team providing engagement with their online communities.

This is a community engagement role underlining the significance of the community as a marketing tool for the business.

The job will involve:·

Keeping yourself up to date in community management, social media & online gaming in order to identify community trends and incorporate them into the business.·

Identify, mentor and support community volunteers in order to establish an active and united volunteers group. Volunteers will assist in educating and engaging the community together with hosting community activities.·

Creation of Community feedback and analytic reports to measure the effectiveness of online campaigns.

Some moderation of User Generated Content

Skills needed:

• You need to be able to speak & write German fluently, as well as have a good understanding of English


• Background in Marketing and an interest in blogging / Social Media


• You will have experience with online communities, and a good understanding of consumer behaviour and how it can be influenced.


• You need to be user focused with excellent communication skills in all forms.


• Experience in the games industry or a strong interest/knowledge of games


• You will be expected to write outbound communications for your community, but also drive internal conversation around the product and needs of our audience.


• Good project management skills


• Positive and fun to work with.
