Analyst - Property Sector

A leading property management company is recruiting a property value analyst to add to their growing and ambitious team.

Responsibilities include:

– Analysing valuation data and highlighting changes and potential impacts on value.
– Setting up, preparing and updating valuations and preparing bespoke analysis of valuation information.
– Create, modify and audit existing financial models to ensure accuracy and efficiency is maintained.
– Analysis of investment comparables and ensure internal database up-to-date
– To support an expanding team in its business development objectives and continued growth in revenue

The right candidate will be highly numerate and ability to grasp complex investment scenarios. In addition to having strong modelling skills, combined with good understanding of underlying cash flow principles and advanced Excel skills are a must.
