The Role

The role of a Loan broker is to help clients find a suitable loan either on an unsecured, secured or guarantor basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high achieving sales team. You will be supplied with real-time website generated leads of people who are looking to take out a loan. It will be your role to contact them, build a strong rapport, complete an application and find them the most suitable loan for their circumstances.

The Package and Benefits

• Basic salary from £20,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience


• Commission: OTE £55,000 to £60,000

• An outstanding, uncapped commission structure (Up to 20%)

• Monday to Thursday 10am – 7pm, Friday 9.30am 6pm and one Saturday per month

The Candidate

• Have a clear understanding and a proven track record of Financial brokerage sales


• You will achieve and exceed targets and KPI’s by using your exceptional customer service and objection handling skills


• Discovering customers’ specific needs through a comprehensive ‘fact find’, you’ll discuss the benefits of taking our services

• Provide quotes on products and explain the options available to the customer and assist them in making an informed decision


• Understanding the various lending products available to the customers and the key features of the products


• Maintaining and developing industry and product awareness

• Must have a great telephone manner and excellent rapport building skills
