Project Team Administrator
A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Team Administrator to join a fast growing successful Project and Cost Management consultancy. You would be reporting to the Principal account manager who leads the team that is responsible for servicing the client’s requirements. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate sound attention to detail as well as being numerically confident as there is heavy use of spreadsheets. You must be organised, and able to prioritise tasks and to be comfortable following set processes. Duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to all professional staff within the team
- Typing and formatting documents in Word
- Formatting and producing high quality project documentation
- Accurate proof reading of documentation
- Numerical checking of spreadsheets
- Tracking project information in Excel and other bespoke systems
- Tracking and managing project invoices across a number of projects
- Assisting Team with compiling contract documents
- Maintaining databases and updating systems (including filing systems)
- Photocopying / Collating / Binding / Scanning documentation Other general administrative duties as required
