United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: Technical Team Administrator


We have currently got an opening for a Technical Team Administrator. The job holder will provide administrative support to Malaria Consortium’s UK-based Technical Team and HQ technical staff based outside UK or other Malaria Consortium offices.


The successful candidate will have:


  • Experience in an office administration or team support role

  • Experience of communicating and liaising with a wide range of people.

  • Experience of arranging overseas travel and itineraries.

  • Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues

  • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Strong ability to be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to organise events and meetings

  • Ability to take high quality meeting minutes

  • Resourceful- Able to think outside the box
