United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: Technical Team Administrator
We have currently got an opening for a Technical Team Administrator. The job holder will provide administrative support to Malaria Consortium’s UK-based Technical Team and HQ technical staff based outside UK or other Malaria Consortium offices.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in an office administration or team support role
- Experience of communicating and liaising with a wide range of people.
- Experience of arranging overseas travel and itineraries.
- Experience of proactively identifying and addressing issues
- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong ability to be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to organise events and meetings
- Ability to take high quality meeting minutes
- Resourceful- Able to think outside the box
