A well-known prestigious Global Construction Consultancy based in London are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join they dynamic Project Management team in the City. THE COMPANY
The Successful Associate Project Manager will be joining an organisation at the fore front of the industry at an exciting time where the organisation is expanding. As an Associate PM at this organisation you will be exposed to specialist services across pre-contract management services, development management, programme management, employers’ agent, and contract administration and due diligence and fund monitoring.
THE ROLE
The successful Associate Project Manager will be able to demonstrate the ability to handle large complex projects and multiple smaller contracts as well as teams of Project Managers. The organisation pride themselves in their internal progression and there is a clear route to Director.
THE PERSON
The Associate PM will ideally have 7-12 years’ experience and be more than capable of overseeing and managing multiple projects and teams. Strong experience in a Consultancy environment is required, ideally within the retail and commercial sectors.
MRICS or MAPM qualifications or equivalent of are required.
