Electrical Project Manager – M&E Contracting – £50-55k – London. A well renowned Mechanical & Electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their existing team. They have a good reputation in the business and have had a very strong start to 2016 and are looking for a high calibre of Electrical Project Managers to add to their existing team to work within the London area

About the Client:

Established for 20 years, they work within a wide range of sectors but are heavily involved in the Commercial and High End Residential Sectors. They have gone from strength to strength over the last few years and have rapidly expanded

About the Role:

* To undertake specific projects from inception through design, tender, installation and commissioning to final handover within agreed programmes
* Client liaison
* Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met on all projects including provision of Method * Statements & Risk Assessments
* Maintain project budget information and provide client quotations
* Procurement of materials for projects
* Supervising design and installation work and programme

About the Candidate:

* Excellent inter-personal skills; able to influence, persuade and negotiate with all levels of people effectively
* Ability to cope under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
* Strong attention to detail
* Good organisation skills
* Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative to get to the heart of a problem and take it through to completion
* Background in the use of computers and data handling including Microsoft Office systems
* Experience of managing projects and delivering against contracted targets
* Experience of managing staff including sub-contractors
* Experience of carrying out risk assessments and managing electrical safety at work
