HR Officer - Retail
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this leading retailer as a regional HR Officer. Working closely with the Operations team, you will need to influence at a senior level but also be capable of managing the day to day transactional issues and working closely with the store management population to resolve any HR complications.
The work is fast paced, challenging but hugely varied. You will need strong organisational skills to manage a high workload, but the key to success will be in coaching and developing your key business partners to take accountability for HR within their branches.
You will be an experienced HR generalist but with a passion for and experience of dealing with a high volume of employee relations cases. In return we can offer a commercial and vibrant working environment and career progression.
