I’m looking for a junior sous chef, to lead this well busy gastro pub. The menu offered is Modern British, Great quality food and very well reputed pub. The role will suits a senior chef de partie ready to step up and extend his kitchen management skills to the next level.

This high quality gastro pub, well established, busy, is looking for a sous chef or junior sous chef to lead the brigade and drive the business successful. This is a very exciting opportunity.

I’m looking for someone enthusiastic, passionate about British Cuisine, with great management skills and very hands on. The ideal junior sous chef will be passionate about modern British food; can pass his talent, skills and passion to the team.

The pub is part of a successful group, offering great career progression. The salary offered is £27,000. You’ll work about 50hours/week with a focused, talented and friendly brigade.
