KARE PLUS are a successful and rapidly expanding national Medical and healthcare Recruitment organisation with their H.Q. based in Wolverhampton. We specialise in recruiting for the NHS and private healthcare sector on both temporary and permanent basis.
Kare Plus Barnet are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and targets driven individual with excellent marketing, sales and persuasive skills to sell the agency’s services to potential clients, service existing clients as well as source and select new candidates for a variety of temporary & permanent nursing / care /medical jobs the using various media.
Other aspects of this key role include:
 Generating candidates for the permanent / temporary assignments.
 Telephone interviewing candidates, managing and updating the candidate database.
 Writing and posting job adverts for new vacancies and managing the response.
 Updating and managing client database.
 Generating and following up sales leads.

Suitable candidates need to be target driven, able to prioritise workloads and manage their time efficiently. Previous Sales or Recruitment experience would be an advantage, however we would still consider applicants without sales experience as long as they have a hunger and desire to exceed their earning potential and a serious passion for a career in recruitment.

Salary :basic of £20,000 plus unlimited commission structure.
