Client Summary: Our client is a prestigious and stable 180 year old Private Banking and Wealth Management business who have just embarked on an exciting journey to build a Commercial Banking business across the UK to compliment their current proposition. They already have a strong private bank client base and brand across the UK that they will of course leverage thoroughly for this new venture. Service is key and all Commercial Bank clients will receive a one to one Private Bank level of engagement.

Business Area Summary: Our client’s Real Estate Finance team is being built from the ground up and will focus on Commercial Investment and Residential Development deals typically <£10m in debt size.

Role Summary: You will be responsible for originating, executing and managing thereafter a portfolio of Commercial Investment REF deals and clients that can be located anywhere in England or Wales.

You Will Need: You will need to be an experienced real estate banker. You will need to have a good professional network, business development, relationship management and credit analysis skills. You will need to be a proactive self starter who likes empowerment and exposure and who will work comfortably in a collegiate environment.
