The Role
As a Senior Letting Agent, you will look to be pro-active and energetic in your approach, delivering healthy and consistent results.
Working days
Monday – Friday, with one in three Saturdays
Duties
- Discussing management packages with Landlords
- Closing lets
- Team work
- Communication
- Viewings
- Negotiating lets
- Cherry picking top tenants
- Maintaining rapport
Person Specification
- High Energy
- Excellent sales ability
- Outside of the box thinker
Essential Criteria
- A full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role
- 2 Years experience
Desirable Criteria
- Immediate start
- Local knowledge
