We are recruiting a Team Assistant for one of our Financial Services clients.
The role:
- You will be supporting 4 Directors
- Diary Management
- Admin Support
- Expenses
- Putting together PowerPoint presentations and reports in excel
The role would suit a second jobber.
The applicant:
- You will have at least 1 years experience working in a Team Assistant, PA, Administration role, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment
- You will have a good level of education, ideally a a graduate with 2:1 or above
- You will be smart in presentation and be able to articulate well at Director level
- You will be highly organised and a natural multi-tasker
