The Role

Reporting to the Lettings Manager, you will help develop business and will be responsible for the full 360 of the lettings process.

Duties

As a lettings negotiator you will be the first port of call for customer enquiries. You will build lasting relationships with tenants and landlords, and once you have acquired the specific requirements of the prospective tenants you will shortlist relevant properties for them and arrange a suitable time and date to take them for viewings. It is essential that you keep both tenants and landlords up to date, as well as handling negotiations efficiently from both parties once an offer is placed. With the help of management, you must ensure the whole process is completed as smoothly and swiftly as possible. This includes dealing with reference checks, processing payments, the signing of contracts and handing over the keys.

The Person

The right person for the role will be money motivated, have strong work ethic, excellent people skills and a passion for property as well as customer service.

Essential Criteria

Full UK driving licence

A graduate in any discipline.
