Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: 20k basic + uncapped commission, 40k OTE first year

Location: Central London

Skills required as a recruitment consultant:

The role of a recruitment consultant involves:

• Business development


• Client management


• Candidate sourcing and interviewing


• Contract negotiation


• Advertising


• Networking


• Relationship management (clients and candidates)

The package for a recruitment consultant is:

• Circa 20k basic salary


• Uncapped Commission


• Realistic earnings of 30-40k Yr1, 75k yr 2, 100k+ yr3


• Excellent incentive programme.
