Job Description
As a UK Enterprise Sales Director you will be part of a small senior team based in the heart of London’s Soho which pitches complex software development solutions to leading brands. Deals involve ongoing development and maintenance of complex applications – thus encouraging strong account management skills as well as enterprise sales skills.
In your role you will make a significant contribution to the commercial success of the overall business. Along with your colleagues you will drive outbound and inbound activity based on your existing contacts, Linkedin activity and sales calls to create a first point of introduction. From there you will draw on the resources of the team to tailor a relevant proposition and work to close it. We are particularly looking to hire someone who can hit the ground running and is a natural dealmaker.
Teamwork is important, in your role you will no doubt be expected to work with colleagues across the company to develop client accounts spanning multiple sectors.
In addition you should be extremely self motivated to drive your own campaigns, creating your own contacts, working to agreed targets and using the resources of the company intelligently.
Job Requirements:
Successful candidates SHOULD have:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience
- 5+ years experience managing a sales team
- Proven and verifiable experience selling enterprise software solutions, mobile, MDM, or development services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets etc.)
- Willingness to “roll up the sleeves” and sell
- Experience utilizing CRM systems and marketing automation systems (such as Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)
- Prior employment in technology consulting, outsourcing or software development is highly desired.
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership
- Education: Undergraduate Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field is required.
