Brief Outline:

Area Sales Manager – Roofing – Skylights – £45k – North London & Home Counties My client is the fastest growing building products manufacturers in Europe. Having heavily invested into the UK arm of the business they have serious plans for continued expansion. The ideal candidate will have worked within Flat roofing, Cladding, Rain screens or Facades and typically have developed relationships approachable for the sky lighting industry. You must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience within a specification role, selling to Architects and specifiers, flat roofing contractors, and ideally some experience selling to end users or retailers who hold control of their own portfolios

About the Role:

* You will arrange appointments with Architects & Designers, Main contractors
* Successfully execute CPD presentations
* Close for Business, maintain client relationships
* Ability to devise strategy & arrange own diary
* Exhaust every opportunity

About the Candidate:

* Proven track record of at least 3 years Specification sales
* Ambitious and wish to progress career with Market Leader
* Hungry and self-motivated
