The Role

As a Senior Consultant you will create value for clients through leading the delivery of projects including:

• Capturing and refining client business requirements


• Developing and presenting commercial proposals


• Designing Data Science solutions


• Proactively assisting in the deployment of new projects

You will work with the new business and client services teams to engage with prospects and clients in order to win and deliver new business and will interactive effectively with clients at the highest level.

The requirements

Possessing excellent qualifications: a minimum undergraduate degree, preferably in a business, information or marketing discipline, you will come from a Consultancy background (ideally Big 4) and have 5+ years experience in an agency or client data or analytics environment. You will have previous experience in at least 3 of the following areas:

• Data Science


• Marketing databases


• Email and digital marketing


• Data processing programmes


• Systems integration


• CRM deployments


• Analytics


• Marketing or loyalty programmes.

You will have worked with the UK Financial Services sector (Asset Management, Investments, Pensions, Bank Assurance, Insurance) and have knowledge of Project Management methodologies. Having had exposure to Hadoop or equivalent Big Data applications you should have worked with the some of the following Campaign Management and Reporting Platforms: IMS, Unica, Neolane, Portrait, Tableu, Faststats, Eloqua, Marketo or Salesforce.
