Phaidon International is a multi-branded, global, award-winning recruitment business and we are on the lookout for Graduates to join our Trainee Recruitment Consultant scheme to start asap. Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods.


• Screening candidates to understand what they are looking for in a new role.


• Winning new client business through cold calling after extensive training.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Qualifications and Experience

• Academic results including a 2:1 or above at degree level.


• A strong desire to build a career in recruitment.


• Sales experience and examples of working to a target would be advantageous, but not compulsory.
