Tech Recruitment Consultant – Kings Cross

Finsbury Digital was founded in 2014 to help a diverse range of businesses recruit top calibre technology staff. You will be joining the company at an exciting time having moved to a new modern office in Kings Cross and now hiring our first few employees. The Role:

You will be focused predominantly on two areas. The first being business development of new clients and secondly, you will be responsible for the delivery of top calibre candidates to these clients. Therefore your role will be as a ‘360 consultant’ requiring both client development and candidate sourcing. You will also benefit from a full-time dedicated ‘Tech Resourcer’ who will be on-hand to assist you with sourcing candidates for your roles and clients.

Required for the role:

• Some experience working for a technology recruitment company (the following words will not be alien to you – Agile, DevOps, TDD, Data Science, SQL, AWS, Python).


• A proven track record of on-boarding new clients in a timely and effective manner.


• The ability to hit revenue targets and work well under pressure.


• A pragmatic attitude and doing what makes sense for the business in any given situation.


• A team player who thrives on constant collaboration with other team members.


• Ambition; you are self-motivated and driven to succeed in everything you set out to do.


• A ‘do things right’ attitude; you understand the importance of always acting ethically with both clients and candidates (not only for financial reward, but because it’s the right thing to do)
