ABOUT THE ROLE


Purpose London is looking for an Executive & Administrative Assistant to provide executive support for the Managing Director and help manage our growing and busy office. Salary is competitive and based on experience and qualifications. This is a full time staff position, based in our London Clerkenwell office.

AS EXECUTIVE & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, YOU WILL:


  • Manage the diary and inbox of the Managing Director

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director – including managing expenses and travel

  • Advise the Managing Director on daily priorities and requirements

  • Maintain responsibility for general office administration

  • Help maintain a small office of around ten staff – keeping the office in good order, purchasing supplies, managing office meetings, troubleshooting basic technology problems, etc.

  • Liaise with the Purpose Operations Manager and Controller to ensure proper process for accounts payable logging in Quickbooks, invoice processing, and payment tracking

  • Support implementation and maintenance of organisational systems and best practices of the London team

  • Undertake administrative, strategic, and research duties as assigned

  • You have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality on all issues associated with the office and its duties

  • You have a proven ability to manage, coordinate, and prioritise across multiple projects and timeframes

  • You have the ability to develop and improve systems and processes

  • You have 3-5 years work experience in administration

  • You are proficient with MS Office suite and Google applications
