Trainee & Experienced Recruitment Consultants Required for Globally Expanding Firm Company:

The business has ambitious growth plans for 2015 and beyond.
They plan, during 2015 to not only grow the London team by at least 5 staff but also to open up offices in continental Europe to capitalise on their growing success within European markets (particularly the banking and finance sector).

They are also looking at opening offices in Dubai and Texas, USA in 2015 to capitalise on the potential revenue of the growing Oil and Gas markets in those regions.

As a business, they place candidates into mid-senior level roles within 4 core areas: Banking and Finance, Oil and Gas, Digital and creative as well as IT.

Role:
You will join the business as either a Trainee Recruitment Consultant or an experienced Consultant depending on your background- This is a sales role and your role will be to make money for the business and for yourself in commission.

As a Consultant it will be your role to make money, both for yourself and the firm you are working for. You will do this by seeking out the top talent for your clients – they want only the best. It will be your role to make sure you deliver this – using various Market Mapping, Networking, Advertising, Headhunting and Executive Search Techniques.

Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
* A proven self starter.
* A person who can speak a second language such as Russian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Italian, Japanese, Chinese and Arabic would also particularly well thought of.
* Motivated by earning potential and career progression.
* Hard working and focused by hitting and exceeding targets.
* Someone with demonstrable skills of persuasion.
* A graduate preferably with a 2:1 or above in any discipline.
* Experience in a telephone based sales environment would be highly beneficial.

Starting basic salaries will vary depending on experience but will be between £20,000 & £30,000. With commission on top of that you should be aiming for a 1st year OTE of £45,000 +, with senior consultants able to make far in excess of that.
